I found this by accident. It still works for me though.

I suggest you use it once a week as a reset to your diet or when you're feeling extra bloated.

Too Much Good Stuff

Earlier this week I enjoyed a lot of food. I think I had 4 Vegan burgers and 2 Chick'n sandwiches! SMH.

Some of it was processed food like Beyond Burgers.

Granola bars, Vegan burgers, etc.

Soon after, my belly started feeling bloated which led to me walking around like I was pregnant.

After dealing with this issue for sometime I finally stepped back and asked myself what did I do?

The List

When you are having issues like the one I had you can run through this list to get an idea how to reverse it.

Did I eat…:

A lot of food?

A lot of meat?

Processed meat? (Vegan meat included)

Junk food?

Dairy?

If your body is having a hard time eliminating your last meal(s), you should give it extra time to deal with it without adding to the problem with more food.

Possible solutions

Once you try these solutions you inadvertently might lose weight. Maybe around 5lbs.

This is mainly going to be the weight of the solid waste from the food you ate over the last day or two.

Step 1: Decide on a day where you will not eat. This is a 1 day fast.

Step 2: In the morning of your fast drink water first.

Step 3: Lunchtime, drink water

Step 4: Dinner time, drink water.

This can be modified with some sort of fruit or vegetable juice, but no solid food. Here is another version.

Step 1: Decide on a day where you will not eat. This is a 1 day fast.

Step 2: In the morning of your fast drink water first.

Step 3: Lunchtime, drink water

Step 4: Dinner time, eat a big ass salad.

For me, as soon as the morning is gone and I have had a couple of cups of water I can feel my body trying to get the crap out.

Usually by dinner time if I kept up with drinking only liquids my boating is going down and I am ready for a bowel movement. Just keeping it real!

If you do juice instead of water you may get some gas and things may move out of your body faster. Use your best judgement on that. Choose the best day and environment to try this out.

Over time you start to learn what keeps you hydrated and as long as you maintain that habit you should not carry any extra weight in your gut that shouldn't be there.

Good luck.
