Ever wonder how doctors are able to diagnose you for all your problems?

I bet if you're like me you don't want to make this a habit.

You wanna be able to do it yourself.

Heading to the doctor every time something goes wrong is expensive to your time and theirs.

So below I have given 3 ways you can check your problems today so you can have an idea of what to do when you're down bad from the flu, the cold, or the 'vid.

1. Check your Face

2. Check your Teeth

3. Check your Eyes

The Diagnostics

1. Check your Face

In this section I will give you the facial features that may point to your condition so you can start doing something about it.

When you look in the mirror, how often do you actually look at yourself. I mean look at you yourself as if you are seeing your one true love.

Well maybe not that extreme but you better have some love for the reflection looking back. That same reflection is speaking to you but you have to listen.

In the case of your face there are specific parts of your face associated with parts of your body. A snapshot of your body from a snapshot of your face.

You can start by listing all the portals

Eyes-Ears-Nose-Mouth

And then the quality of each of those.

  • Redness

  • Dryness

  • Outbreaks

  • Moles

  • Hair

  • etc.

Then you can check what part of your body(Organ system) it is associated with.

Lungs

Stomach

Small Intestine

Colon

Circulatory

Skeletal

Endocrine

Now tie everything you found together

Example:

Mark got a pimple on her forehead between her eyebrows.

Diagnosis: Need to lay off whatever she has been eating recently. Could be applying things that clog pores. Could have issues with digestion or lymphatic drainage. May need to clean face more often. May be wearing/using things on face that needs to be cleaned(Mask, Hats, Scarves, Pillow case). May need to drink more water and change to a healthier diet. May need to exercise more to increase sweat and circulation.

2. Check your Teeth

Everything is connect so its no surprise that your teeth is another tool in your belt to diagnose yourself.

In Dr. Jerry Tennant's book Healing is Voltage, he states that the human cell needs a pH of 7.35 to 7.45 or -20mV to -25mV in order to be healthy. At times of injury our body pulls from our sources of voltage (Water, Food, Environment, Muscles, etc.) to bring the body back into balance. If we don't have sufficient voltage then we fall ill.

Your teeth are like the fuses in a car. When something is overloaded the fuse trips to alarm you and protect you from further harm.

In your body this can manifest as a cavity, loose teeth, or nerve pain.

Check this chart out for possible cause to various tooth issues.

3. Check your Eyes

In addition to the first two tools there is another form of diagnostic test based on your eyes.

In Dr. Afrika's book, African Holistic Health he provides many charts of that lay out the body systems in each part of you body.

In the book it points out how the sclera or the whites of your eyes can be read to see what condition you may have.

Check out this chart to complete your preliminary diagnosis.

Summary

Of course these are not all the tools in your arsenal to judge whether you have an issue or not but it is a good start. you can always look for more ways like your ear, feet, hands, or hair to diagnose yourself in an inexpensive way.

Once you got an idea of what area of concern needs attention proceed to treat yourself with food, sunshine, hydration, and other natural methods. In extreme cases you would do great to consult your doctor before beginning any treatment protocol.

Thank you for taking a moment to learn what you can do for your health today that will lead to a healthy life in the near future.

All the best!
