Get the Fat Out

Everyone is tired of having too much fat on their body. 

Some people look and feel better with a little fat here and there.

Wink wink.

But sometimes it just gets in the way

  • In the way of putting on shoes

  • Bending over to pick things up

  • Seeing things that are below the belt...

Having a fat body is not cool. No matter what people say about you it is best to lose most of your fat on your body for these obvious reasons:

  • Increase mobility

  • More stamina

  • Less aches and pains

  • Less hygiene issues (cause you may not be able to reach certain parts if they are covered in fat)

  • Larger clothes with awkward sizes or high price tags

And the list goes on!

In an effort to drive people in the opposite direction of accepting defeat I urge you to try some of these things i did to lose the weight i had in the past.

1) Fast

Fasting is waiting an extended period of time before eating.

Wait as long as you can before eating your first meal of the day. The longer you fast=more fat loss.

Please dont take this lightly. If you been eating a lot of junk food or heavy chemicals you may hurt yourself if you fast too fast.

Please Take It Slow.

You are not in a competition with anyone. You are chipping away at something that may have been on you for years.

Segue-

I recently hired a coach for transitioning to a fruit dominant diet to help with my cholesterol plaquing I seen in my eyes (arcus senilis) and the malabsorption i noticed through my nail growth (streaked).

I fasted most of the day and ate fruit towards the end of the day. I eventually started dumping mucus from every part of my body. It was nice because I literally felt lighter. 

Then the big dump happened. 

This was a healing crisis. 

I developed a headache with tremendo pressure in the front of my head. The pain was so bad that I had to stop eating fruit for a bit and start eating some vegetables. That slowed it down but before the pain disappeared I had huge amounts of snot pouring out of my nose. A lot of it was rust collared and thick.

My head felt lighter afterwards and I was pleased to see that stuff leaving my body.

2) Cut out the starchy foods

These foods are complex carbs that are usually paired with a lot of salt, sugar, and fat to make it taste good or it's deep fried or both. 

If you are constantly getting fat slipped into your diet you will not even notice until it's too late.

Easy but hard tip: Avoid any white foods.

  • Potatoes

  • Rice

  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Salt

This is a quick primer but there are of course other methods that you can combine with these steps to lose the fat and keep it off.

Diet is the main source so you need to focus on removing almost all sources of fat from you plate.

You don't have to accept being fat if you don't want to. 

Your family will still love you if you lose the fat. They may even be a bit jealous so go ahead and stunt on hoes with your new and improved body.
